Usage Instructions
For optimal performance: When stirring two cans simultaneously, ensure weights are roughly equal (difference ≤50g). For single can operation, use the provided 500g balance weight or equivalent counterweight. Press the power switch to stop operation. The machine automatically stops when the cover is opened during operation.
Product Maintenance
Regular maintenance extends the service life of this precision mechanical equipment:
- Keep the machine clean as it uses fully enclosed bearings
- Replace the rotation device belt promptly when damaged (non-durable component)
Safety Precautions
- Never open the machine cover or leave it unlocked during operation
- Wait for complete machine stop before opening the upper cover
- Place machine on stable, solid surface as slight vibration occurs during operation
- Immediately power off and inspect if excessive vibration occurs

Operation Procedure
Step 1:
Release latch, open machine cover, and confirm no foreign objects inside.
Step 2:
Remove tin paste and 500g balance weight.
Step 3:
Place tin paste and balance weight in tank (cancel balance weight when mixing 2 bottles).
Step 4:
Manually rotate tin paste jar to confirm no collision, close cover, and power on.
Step 5:
Set mixing time (recommended: 5 minutes). Time controller: H=hours, M=minutes, S=seconds.
Step 6:
Press start key (indicator light on), machine operates at high speed until automatic stop.
Step 7:
After completion, press power switch to turn off power supply.
